Exploreist publishes cost data and related information to help you research senior-care and retirement decisions. It is informational only — not medical, legal, or financial advice, and not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep numbers current — every figure carries its collection date, and our methodology explains how it was gathered. Prices change, though, and communities set their own rates: always confirm current pricing directly before making a decision. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Using our data

You’re welcome to cite our published figures with attribution and a link (see data sources). Wholesale republication of our datasets requires permission — ask us.

Third-party services

Optional services offered through partners are provided by those partners under their own terms. We’re not a party to any arrangement you make with a care provider, advisor, or other service.
