The hotel was said to be exceptionally clean and spacious and the staff at Parc 55 San Francisco was found to be courteous and efficient. Those who visited the hotel on business loved the proximity of the BART station. Others enjoyed the shopping mall, which is located directly across the street. A runner who stayed at the hotel mentioned that the waterfront is a fairly long, but manageable walk.

One former guest said Parc 55 San Francisco “exceeded expectations.” They wrote the hotel is well maintained and all the service was outstanding. The room was clean and spacious, but they did mention that due to the busy location of the hotel. There was some noise at night.

One complaint from a reviewer, who loved the hotel otherwise, was that while the property is non-smoking, they found there were always a lot of people smoking close to the entrance, making it hard for children to enter the hotel without passing through the smoke.

Another wrote they had a minor complaint while staying at the hotel, but it was sorted out immediately and they highly recommend the property. Another enjoyed the fitness center, saying it has all the equipment anyone could need.
